FAQ Answer Sheet
Please read these instructions carefully.
Registration Information
- Online registration is our preferred method of registration, and we request advance registration, if possible. Click here for the online registration system; instructions will be there and you may pay with your credit card (MasterCard or Visa) — it’s easy!
- A confirmation email will be sent to you after you register online, if you provide a correct email address.
- No credit card charges will be accepted if you register by mail, so if you need to mail your registration form in, it must be accompanied by a check.
- For registration questions, contact Sue Wilber (see Contact Information).
- Please register and pay by April 30, 2010. Note on the registration form that there is a cost savings if you register on or before April 30. You may register on arrival but a reserved lunch will not be available then.
- The registration tables for those who pre-register will be in Angela Hubley Hall, and walk-in registration will be in the Parlor; both rooms are located in the Franklin A. Bower Church House, all located in the education building adjacent to the meetinghouse.
- We strongly encourage you to arrive on time. So much is going on during the day that you will want to take advantage of as many activities as you can.
Lunch
- You may eat your lunch in various places throughout the local area. There will be seating on the church grounds and town green under tents, in Angela Hubley Hall, and in various locations throughout the general area. Lunchtime is a great time to gather in small groups for informal conversations.
- Lunch reservations must be made by Friday, April 30.
Snack Bar
- A snack bar will be available for cash purchases of breakfast items, snacks, beverages, coffee, etc. in the Franklin A. Bower Church House. Please note that no food or beverages may be brought into the church sanctuary.
- There are alternative options available in the Madison area for those who do not register for lunch.
Parking
- Parking will be available in the church lot, around the Green and possibly the Green itself depending on conditions.
- Car pooling is encouraged.
Lodging
- Lodging in the area is also available and you are welcome to make your own arrangements. A flyer with suggestions is included on this webpage.
